The double room with the balcony offered stunning sea views, making our mornings truly special. Nestled in the heart of the old town, the location was perfect-full of charm and surrounded by picturesque alleys, although be prepared for some stairs! Communication with our host, Dejan, was seamless before our arrival, which eased any concerns about check-in; just make sure to touch base if you're planning a late arrival. The room was clean and newly renovated, equipped with air conditioning to keep us comfortable after our day of exploring. While there were minor improvements needed-like a duvet cover and a kettle-the overall ambiance and layout of the guesthouse made our stay enjoyable. For anyone visiting, take advantage of the bike hire to explore more of the beautiful surroundings; it was a great way for us to soak up the local vibe! despite a few small quirks, Villa Stari Grad offered a cozy retreat that I'd happily recommend for a family getaway.
